Standard items from the website will usually be shipped within 5 working days of receiving the order and payment.
Items will be sent through Royal Mail and all packed to avoid any potential damage in transit.
Bespoke items, for example, canvases will usually take 2-3 weeks.
Please note that if I am travelling then the shipping times above may be extended. As soon as I have network coverage to receive your order I will email you to notify you of any significant delay and action your order as soon as I return.
If the notified delay means that you no longer want to receive the item/s (e.g. if for a birthday gift that will then be missed) then please confirm this in writing via email and I will arrange a refund on my return to the UK.
